Disaster recovery and back up

‘Who has access to your personal information and how to protect your employee data?’ That was the theme of a recent Human Resource seminar held in Russia. Move One and Radix technologies were asked to speak regarding options, systems and practices available to companies and immigration providers to improve and properly guard immigration data.
John Heisler, Russia and CIS manager for Move One, explained “Once a company outsources their immigration and permit work there really are few systems in place to ensure the protection of data and proper disaster recover and back up systems in place. The industry pretty much relies on a self assessment and self-regulation but in reality most companies have no security and no protection of the data”. David Corriveau, Chief Technology officer of Radix also added that he was amazed at the low level of IT adoption in the industry “most customers and vendors use little less than excel spread sheets and emails to manage information”.
Mr. Corriveau went on to explain the functionality and security features of their cloud based technologies that allows collaboration among a group of vendors and clients and ensures the integrity , access and visibility of client protected data. The systems have been in use by Move One on a global basis for more than five years with no known breach of security
