CA Acquires 3Tera To Boost Presence In The Cloud

3teraOur strategic partner 3Tera was acquired by IT software giant CA (formerly known as Computer Associates) last week. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

3Tera is one of the oldest companies focused on infrastructure management and monitoring. It’s core product AppLogic helps enterprises build and deploy cloud-bases applications both to public and private clouds.

CA plans are to integrate 3Tera’s AppLogic into its own suite of offerings.

Radix Cloud’s solutions utilize the AppLogic system to provide SMBs and other organizations with a robust, managed environment on which to run business critical applications and scale their resources according to requirements.
